Account Executive North America

Working as part of the business development team you will play a critical role in the growth of our business.

At e.fundamentals we are passionate about building a high growth environment for our business, our clients, and ourselves where everyone can thrive.  We are currently looking for experienced account executives to help drive our North American growth.  We are looking for software sales professionals who know how to build and foster ongoing relationships that deliver long term value to our customers.  The growth in online grocery revenue this year has accelerated the requirement for better access to information and insights to understand current performance and opportunities in this dynamic environment.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling software or services to CPG companies to help them grow revenue and market share.

Objectives and responsibilities of this Role

  • Drive revenue and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold-calling and networking
  • Listen to customers, understand requirements, and work within e.fundamentals to coordinate internal and external resources to deliver value to our prospects and customers
  • Customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Follow-up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities
  • Develop and manage account strategy and communication for an enterprise sale
  • Ensure forecasts are accurate by ensuring deal size, stage and timing is up to date in CRM
  • Ensure CRM is always updated with communication, new accounts, and contacts
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices


Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years enterprise software or services sales experience
  • Comfortable working with all levels of a customer including senior executives and users of our solution
  • Proven ability to close new customer business and then grow these accounts
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate contracts
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ degree in business or a related discipline
  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with CPG, retail, and/or eCommerce sales
