The Client Onboarding squad is responsible for ensuring that new customers get up and running quickly with our services, and that all customers enjoy using services that are configured to meet their particular needs.

Key Responsibilities

We’ll look for you to:

  • Lead in defining the service configurations that best meet a client’s needs
  • Apply those configurations across the various services that a client has
  • Complete account acceptance testing to ensure everything is working as required, prior to the client beginning to use their services
  • Contribute actively to shaping the overall client on-boarding plans that are managed by our Customer Success Managers
  • Work with software engineers to ensure any defects impacting the setup of your clients’ accounts are resolved
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by clients and make sure the solution solves the problem first-time

Our Tech & Tools Stack

You’ll have to enjoy learning and using a range of tech and tools:

  • A range of custom database management and configuration setting tools that we’ve built for ourselves (we’d love for you to help us find ways to improve these)
  • Postman, VSC, Looker BI, GitHub, Jenkins and perhaps even Kibana
  • Jira, Notion, Slack and Google Drive 

Required Skills and Qualifications

We expect that you’ll have:

  • A track record of using tech and tools to solve customer problems 
  • Good planning skills – you’re able to juggle multiple balls and still deliver
  • A love for working with data and databases
  • Attention to detail – you like things to be ‘just right’ 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A bias for, and track record of, finding better ways to do get things done

It’s a real bonus if you have experience of client on-boarding for SaaS products.
