Client Onboarding Manager

Forming part of the wider Customer Success Function, you will be leading a team of dedicated and supportive client onboarding professionals and will be accountable for the smooth onboarding of clients on to the e.fundamentals digital shelf analytics platform. Read on to find out more.

About the role

The client onboarding manager is responsible for the delivery of new client accounts on the e.fundamentals service .

Ensuring a best in class onboarding and UAT process is vital to ensure our client relationships get off to the best possible start. Forming part of the wider Customer Success Function, you will be leading a team of dedicated and supportive client onboarding professionals and will be accountable for the smooth onboarding of clients on to the e.fundamentals digital shelf analytics platform. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career further as the growth ambition of the business is substantial, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

We’ll look for you to:

  • Coordinate resources and timelines for client account delivery
  • Sprint Planning to define priorities for onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stake holders to support seamless onboarding and client management from initial set up to UAT and client release
  • Act as an escalation point for complicated onboarding and prioritisation issues
  • Line management of the client onboarding team with responsibilities for building their capabilities through training and development plans

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in delivery management, preferably within a company working with agile methodology
  • Experience of sprint planning and management in a fast paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to escalate and prioritise effectively
  • A can-do attitude and desire to progress
  • A strong track record in team management and development

Key Measures of your Success 

  • Smooth running of the Sprint process resulting in efficiency of delivery of onboarding from sign off to Customer acceptance
  • High standard of UAT resulting in minimal number of service desk tickets
  • Customer satisfaction / Relationship (Measure through Net Promoter Score)

Location: A hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from home alongside the requirement and ability to work from our office in Central Edinburgh.
