Human Resources Administrator

Objectives and Responsibilities of the Role

  • First point of contact, managing incoming requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner to the People Function.
  • Process and manage information requests from employees and external parties.
  • Production of monthly HR metrics.
  • Responsible for the collation of monthly payroll.
  • Maintain HR files in all formats in accordance with legal requirement, company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting/supporting the Head of People and line managers with interviews and onboarding and induction process.
  • Ensure processes and policies are in line with legislation changes, with a focus on continual improvement and development.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary documents i.e. offer letters, employment contracts.
  • Participate and lead HR projects.
  • Managing the administration of company events and supporting line managers as and when required.
  • Adhoc duties as required.


  • Proven experience of working in a similar role, and an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Highly organised, flexible, customer focused and methodological are essential.
  • Ability to interpret information and to produce accurate reports to management in the format required.
  • Able to work proactively on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong IT literacy skills – must be highly skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Knowledge of PeopleHR is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Collaborative team player.
