Insights Manager – North America

We are expanding our Insights Team, looking for a North America Insights Manager as the growth of online grocery revenue has accelerated and with it the requirement for better insights to understand performance.

We are expanding our Insights Team, looking for a North America Insights Manager.

About The Role

As Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering insights and thought leadership throughout the company.  You will work closely with marketing, sales, customer success and clients to deliver relevant and actionable insights that enables the business to deliver strong ROI to all clients.   The role will be split across three main priorities:

  • Develop and lead insight generation in support of driving value and upsells with existing clients
  • Lead insights strategy to support new business development (winning new client logos)
  • Support global thought leadership efforts to develop marketing content, trends, and perspective

Additional Responsibilities of the Role

  • ROI Analysis: To provide clients with direction, update on performance and provide evidence they are getting return on investment
  • Recurrent and ad hoc client paid insights: To follow a pre agreed plan of support based on key business questions and objectives
  • RFP Support: Support insights relevant to new business pitches
  • Whitepapers and Marketing thought leadership: Insights to provide content for marketing strategy, use with clients and prospective clients
  • Ad hoc analysis:  To answer specific briefs from clients
  • Develop repeatable and scalable reporting capabilities

Requirements

 

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a keen business sense
  • Ability to analyze large amount of data from multiple sources to develop strategies and tell a compelling story
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Ownership; taking appropriate ownership of content and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present insights clearly and convincingly to key business decision-makers.
  • Strong bias for action, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Prior experience within a similar role
  • A degree in Business, Market Research, business analyst, or a related field
